Install it on a pharmacy PC
Run the RXBot installer on a Windows PC that has PioneerRx. We set the schedule and the reports with you.
RXBot works in PioneerRx the way your staff would: it runs your reports on schedule, signs the permission prompts, and sends the numbers to Saluvanta RX Analytics. With Batch Fills it can queue refills too. You don't need an API or an IT project.
Sample activity, not a real pharmacy
You set it up once, then it runs on its own.
Run the RXBot installer on a Windows PC that has PioneerRx. We set the schedule and the reports with you.
By default it runs at 6 AM, noon and 6 PM. It opens the reports, exports them and handles PioneerRx's PIN prompts.
Every export lands in Saluvanta RX Analytics, so owners and managers see the pharmacy without opening PioneerRx.
It does the repetitive PioneerRx work that eats into your staff's day.
Prescription activity is exported several times a day, with no one clicking through report screens.
Front-end and Rx sales are exported right after each Rx export, or on their own schedule.
When PioneerRx asks for a PIN, RXBot signs in with the PioneerRx user you give it, so runs don't stall waiting on someone.
Staff click Queue refill in RX Analytics or Dispense. RXBot enters the Rx in PioneerRx's Batch Process, queues it into the workflow and reports back.
If the PC was off, the next run picks up from the last day that loaded, so you don't end up with gaps in the data.
We can see when a bot stops checking in. You can run a report on demand, and updates install automatically.
Your PioneerRx data, laid out for the people who run the pharmacy.
A prescription is due, so someone clicks Queue refill. RXBot does the PioneerRx steps for you:
Every plan includes setup with our team. We'll quote pricing for your pharmacy on the demo call.
Batch Fills is also available as an add-on.
No. RXBot works in PioneerRx's own screens on a PC at your pharmacy, the same way a technician would.
A Windows PC with PioneerRx installed, started from the PioneerRx Launcher, and left on during the scheduled times. A spare workstation works best, because RXBot uses the screen while it runs.
Only if you use Batch Fills, and then only to queue the refills your staff ask for. Without Batch Fills it only runs and exports reports.
The PIN RXBot uses is stored encrypted, and only owners and admins can change it. Read more on our security page.
Usually one session with our team: install RXBot, connect it to RX Analytics, and pick your report times.
Tell us about your pharmacy and we'll set up a walkthrough.
